Why does only the After image show that 360 degree world tour banner?

On desktop screens, the Content Management System injects a banner showing info like 360 degree virtual tour whenever the page's path is at the root (i.e., "/").

So the After image shows the home page with the banner because it was recently set as the home page (path = "/"), while the Before image of the legacy home pge is on a different path, so it doesn't show the banner.
